This is a truly excellent way to reduce the radiant heat in your vehicle. It perfectly fits my CX 5. Heat is a killer to computers and your dash, this will help extend the life of both. If you want to maintain your vehicle this is a valuable product to save you lots of your hard-earned money. You will feel the difference on any hot summer day.
The results are a bit exaggerated and misleading about the temperature difference this makes compared to the shiny metallic sunshades. I haven't noticed any difference in temperatures in the Texas heat. If it were shiny enough to reflect the sun, it would make a bigger difference, but it isn't shiny at all.Now, for what I do like about it. Unlike the metallic one, these won't shed all over your dash after a while. It also blocks a lot more light. It's like having a blackout curtain for your windshield because it fits better and is double-sided. It took me a few weeks to get the hang of folding it so it would fit back in the included bag, but it's actually very easy once you've figured it out.

Bought this for my daughter’s first car. I have to say I’m impressed. I got into her car this morning and it was a lot cooler than I thought it would be. The shade fits her car great and covers the glass in its entirety. The storage cover that doubles as a steering wheel cover is an added bonus. I may get one for my car.
